Closer agreement & compensation plan
Read this before submitting your closer onboarding information.
Your role
As an Ambivious closer, you find local service businesses, begin the conversation, uncover missed-lead problems, explain the appropriate Ambivious service level, and use your personal tracked referral link. When a business is interested, add the lead to the CRM so the team can follow up.
Independent-contractor relationship
You work with Ambivious as a 1099 independent contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Payroll, tax, banking, and payout details are completed only through the secure Gusto invitation; do not send that information through the onboarding form.
How compensation works
Eligible customer sales that complete payment through your tracked referral link are recorded through your Affiliate profile. Eligible sales closes and recurring monthly subscriptions from your clients are paid biweekly according to the compensation plan assigned to you in your Affiliate Portal.
Current monthly bonus milestones
Back-end store subscription
After your first 60 days, there is a $20 monthly subscription to run your back-end store. It provides access to your referral links, marketing materials, and CRM access.
Access and confidentiality
Your GHL user account is restricted to your own information and the specific tools needed for your closer role. Keep customer and company information private, use only your own assigned access, and do not share login credentials or client information outside Ambivious.
Changes to the program
Compensation, bonus programs, eligibility rules, subscription terms, payout terms, and program tools may change. Ambivious will provide notice of material updates. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated program terms.
